At KidStrong, we don't just "watch" kids; we build them. We help parents raise stronger, smarter, more athletic children through a science-based curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development.

We are officially opening our brand-new Bensalem center, and we are looking for high-energy, passionate Coaches to join our Founding Team. If you have the heart of a teacher, the energy of a performer, and the soul of an athlete, we want you on the blue floor!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • Be the Rockstar: Lead dynamic, high-energy classes for kids ages 15 months to 11 years. You are the "Cruise Director meets Coach."
  • Educate & Empower: It’s not just about the kids; you’ll engage with parents, explaining the "why" behind our curriculum and helping them see their child's progress.
  • Master the Curriculum: Deliver our science-based programming with precision, ensuring every child feels like a champion.
  • Stay Sharp: Use the KS Coaches App to track achievements and participate in ongoing training to keep your coaching skills elite.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We want to hear from people who have a background in Coaching, Personal Training, Physical Education, Athletic Training, or Pediatric OT/PT. Below are the qualifications.
  • Energy is Everything: You have a "stage presence" and can keep a group of toddlers (and their parents) engaged and excited.
  • Experience: Previous experience coaching or teaching children (ideally ages 15mo–8yrs).
  • Communication: You can talk to parents with confidence and empathy.
  • Technical Knowledge: Intermediate understanding of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
  • The "Get It Done" Attitude: You’re a self-starter who sees a need and jumps in without being asked.
  • Certification: CPR certified (or willing to be by your start date).

SCHEDULE & PERKS:

Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
